Anyone that is willing can be hypnotized. You pass through hypnosis on your way into deep sleep and on your way back out of sleep. It is a natural state of mind for all people. Some people can go in faster and deeper than others.

Being in hypnosis is NOT like being anesthetized. You are aware of everything while you are in hypnosis.
A small amount of the population goes in very far very fast.

No. Hypnosis potentiates the creative side of the brain. You would be more likely to make up a great story to tell someone
while you are in hypnosis verses divulging private information.

If you could drive before hypnosis you will be able to drive afterward. Hypnosis is not like anesthesia so once emerged from hypnosis
safety-sensitive tasks that you are competently trained in are fine to engage in.

Hypnosis will help you retrain or relearn any task or mental emotional state previously learned. Just about any behavior can be addressed using
this wonderful and powerful tool.

No. At any time a client can re-alert or choose to ignore suggestions. No one stays hypnotized indefinitely – you will always “come out” of trance within a short time.

Whilst some will accept bizarre post hypnotic suggestions, at Nebraska Counseling and Hypnosis Center we have been offering one hundred per cent cluck free, bark free
hypnosis to the public since 1983.

Serious psychiatric or mental health problems are referred to a qualified psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
